PURPOSE

Learn about the new online professional development course developed by ETS called: Teaching Academic English with the TOEFL iBT® Test as well as about other available resources.  

You will be also able to ask your questions live.
This webinar will be recorded and shared with all registrants.

Presenter

Jazzme Blackwell

As Director of TOEFL Learning and Support (TLS), Jazzme is responsible for managing the operations of test preparation, learning and teacher support products and services for one of ETS’ most well-known testing programs. When time permits, Jazzme also teaches Expository Writing for first-year students at Rutgers University.

Jazzme holds a bachelor’s degree in Liberal Studies from Penn State University and a master’s degree in English Literature from The College of New Jersey. He is currently a doctoral candidate in the Graduate School of Education at Rutgers University-New Brunswick.

Faye Weidner

Faye has extensive experience in English language learning and assessment and holds degrees in Linguistics and Intercultural Communication. Her professional background includes teaching English, developing content for K-12 and higher education language assessments, and developing materials for digital language learning platforms. In her current role, Faye manages TOEFL® test preparation products, including the Official TOEFL iBT® Prep Course and Teaching Academic English with the TOEFL iBT® Test.
Presenter

Joanna Wrzesińska

Joanna leads teacher training and outreach efforts in EMEA as the Head of ELT and Institutional Relations at ETS Global. She is also an ETS-approved TOEFL iBT® Master Trainer. Beyond ETS Global, Joanna is a volunteer committee member of IATEFL TEASIG.
She holds an M.A. degree in TEFL and is based in Poland. Before joining ETS, Joanna worked as a teacher and academic manager in the private sector.
