Laura Ballard-Todd

Laura Ballard is a Lead Research Project Manager in the Center for Language Education and Assessment Research (CLEAR) at ETS. Laura manages the TOEFL internal research program and works closely with the TOEFL Committee of Examiners to oversee the TOEFL Grants and Awards programs. Laura received her PhD in Second Language Studies at Michigan State University (MSU) in 2017. She also holds an MA in TESOL from MSU and a BA in Spanish and International Studies from the University of Michigan.
Presenter

Dr. Arum Perwitasari

Arum holds a PhD degree in Linguistics from Leiden University and works as an Academic Relations Lead at ETS Global, the Netherlands. Her research interest includes speech recognition, second language acquisition and bilingualism. Arum has been actively involved with ELT and Higher Education organizations in EMEA. Recently, she cofounded and started off as a content creator @Teaching Online with AJ, a YouTube channel to teach and learn English.
Presenter

Florencia Tolentino

Florencia is a Research Project Manager supporting the Center for Language Education and Assessment Research (CLEAR) at Educational Testing Service (ETS). Florencia has worked on a variety of research projects related to English Language Learning and Assessments. She is currently involved in different projects related to the TOEFL Program, and she is the project manager/coordinator of the English-language Researcher/Practitioner Grant Program.
